Erika Dowd has been at the Center since November 2003. She earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and her master’s degree from Cal State Northridge. She has been a licensed Speech/Language Pathologist since 2002. Erika enjoys working with children and she specializes in articulation disorders and pre-literacy skills. She helped write and design this website. She lives in Ventura with her husband and two dogs.
Julie DeAngelis has been at the Center since September 2007. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with her bachelor's degree and continued at the University of Texas-Dallas for her Master's in Communication Disorders. Julie has worked in a variety of pediatric settings since 2000. Julie loves to travel and has lived in Santa Barbara for three years.
John Diaz has been at the Center since September 2006.  He worked at Santa Barbara City College for 32 years as a student advisor before retiring and coming to the Center as the Office Manager.  He is an avid bike rider and enjoys playing softball.  He and his wife currently reside in Santa Barbara and are native Santa Barbarans.
